New signups are now explicitly requiring admin authorisation.

This means that there could be a delay before your account becomes active.

I've turned this on since the place has become quite homely and although we're not anti people joining, it's nice to control it. The forum will probably however not recieve many visitors except people who are recommended, friends, or people that find the site at random. (Two guesses how they got here...)
